"Was there yesterday in the afternoon. The older gentleman we dealt with was lovely. However, the rest was unprofessional customer service. Two other staff that were there were mimicking and holding in their laugh soon as we walked in. Caught one starring and making face few times. Please train your workers to understand just because my parent don’t speak good English doesn’t mean they’re oblivious to your unprofessional manners and lack of respect. It’s disheartening to see the way they just order the other guy around to do all the work."
