Cosy Luxury has a unique setup with the owners living on the separate top level, while the mid level features a shared kitchen, dining, and living area. Your accommodation wing is located on the lower level, where you'll also find a quiet work-from-home design studio.

Experience the latest in architecture and design trends as you stay in our tastefully furnished modern terraced home. The expansive mid-level of the house offers a large open space with two beautifully appointed living rooms, complete with comfortable seating areas.

Our kitchen and scullery are equipped with premium integrated appliances and gas cooking, perfect for preparing your own meals. The shared dining area features a spacious breakfast bar, allowing you to enjoy your meals in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Step outside through a lockable ranch slider and discover a private garden area with outdoor seating, dining, and a BBQ on a sun-drenched patio. This exclusive space is illuminated by festoon lighting, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

Cosy Luxury was built in 2020 and is one of 5 architecturally designed townhouses renowned for their warmth, dryness, quietness, and security. Each home is spread across three levels and features exquisite finishes and Miele appliances.

Our location is conveniently close to motorways, local bus routes, and just a 200m walk to the train station. From there, it's only 4 quick train stops to Eden Park, the renowned venue for concerts, cricket tests, and rugby matches. Western Springs is also just a short Uber ride away. Unitec is within a 900m walking distance.

The Mt Albert area, where we are situated, offers a variety of amenities such as cafes, dairies, takeaways, post offices, pharmacies, eateries, parks, and excellent barista coffee, all within a 2-minute walk. Some local favorites include Handpicked Coffee, Mt Albert Dumpling House, Wild Wheat, Taco Loco, L’Oeuf, and Chinoiserie.

Mt Albert itself is a charming neighborhood located at the foot of the volcanic cone, Ōwairaka.
