"First time at this salon in a while. The person who did my pedicure really could not be bothered. They were abrupt, disinterested and rough. The floors had not been scrubbed clean in sometime and shelving units were covered in thick nail dust. I will not be using their services again."

"had my eyelashes done here, as it was referred by someone else, but honestly NEVER EVER again. the job was terribly done, the lashes are literally stuck to my skin not even on an individual lash as it's suppose to be. my eyes have literally been burning ever since i've gotten them done. what a waste of money cause now i've got to get them removed. also the lady that did my lashes was forcing me to pay her but insisting i put the money directly into her account personal account after i had said, no a couple of times and that i wanted to pay via efpos like normal customer would at any other salon."

"Have come to this nail salon since 2015. Over this time there have been some lovely ladies who unfortunately for this salon have moved on to pursue their own careers. I miss them so much!! There was a mature lady whom spoke clear English she was amazing. I hadn't visited in October 2019 but when I returned in November 2019 she wasn't there We are left with a very unprofessional low quality staff. One of them has been there for a few years and she didn't care what she was a doing and was pushing my hands as if to say I'm "over this" I gave the 3 strikes rule. So on the second go the lady rushed my hand nails so bad that it bubbled the next day. Now for the 3rd visit. Horrible it's not even a week and they look terrible :( Have been loyal to this salon.. I'm not a local either. Won't be back."

"I guess it's a matter of what you get is what you pay for - everyone has differing opinions on staff in store. There is a male nail tech that works in stores I find him pleasing to work with because he's fast, efficient and talks to you about what you want. I've had him attend to my nails a few times and he's been easier to approach than the females and he speaks English. Which is what alotta other reviews complain about - maybe give him a go. If not then simple solution - choose another salon."

"Not a very friendly place to go to. Walked in at 10am with a friend and her daughter and one of the staff asked what we wanted done then got us to pay. We than had to wait atleast 20 minutes to be attended. During the manicure and padicure, we all had to wait for the staff to complete one persons filing and shaping them she would move on to the next with the third person just sitting and waiting. There were only 4 staff on Saturday. The staff were all very rude and speaking in their own language and one of them was very rough while cutting off the access nails and cut into my skin. I screamed out really loud but she just acted like nothing happened and carried on. No apologies whatsoever. My toe was left bleeding. I can’t believe some of the staff employed don’t even speak English. I have been to the new Lynn branch and they are equally awful. Should have known these guys wouldn’t be any different. Just really poor service overall. Won’t be going back again."
