At The Counselling Centre, our team of highly skilled and compassionate counsellors provide high-quality, in-depth, and confidential therapeutic services. We specialize in addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and identity. Our counsellors are here to listen without judgment and create a safe space for you to explore life's challenges, enabling you to move forward when you feel stuck.

We understand that taking the first step towards seeking help can be difficult. However, as renowned researcher Brene Brown once said, "owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do." We are here to support you on this courageous journey.

Our individual counselling sessions are priced at $120 for a 50-minute session, with payment due at the end of each session. We apologize for the current wait time due to high demand. However, if you are experiencing financial pressure, we have options available to assist you. Please reach out to us so we can discuss the best solution for your situation.

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or any other psychological or physical condition, you may be eligible for funding through the Disability Allowance. This funding can provide up to $64 per session to help cover the costs of counselling. Please inquire with us to learn more about this potential support.
