"Phoenix plumbing came to look at my hot water system and to quote for a replacement. I contacted them twice over 2 weeks asking for the quote to be sent through. Unfortunately they never called me or emailed me with any quotes. I was still charged for a call out fee. Disappointing service."

"Purchased a Solahart heat pump from them recently. Installation went well with the plumbers and electricians doing a good neat job. Issue was they set the heat pump to night mode when they new we had solar panels. After repeated contact with the rep we are 4 weeks down the track and no answer or attendance to site to rectify. Paid in full as soon as we received the invoice so no outstanding amounts. Just very poor after sales service and back up. Based on this I would not recommend getting a Solahart system installed by this mob. Choose a different brand and installer."

"They offered us a solar powered hot water service which we agreed upon the initial price, but after that they said we owed more money due to rebates, (which they said they would organise on our behalf and was part of the initial price they gave us) and after we sought out the rebate ourselves they started piling on more rebate fees. We applied for what they asked for but they never replied to our multiple emails, therefore ensuring that we had to pay the extra. They are an untrustworthy company and going on months now it's already showing that their work is less then adequate. There are plenty more companies out there that do the same thing, please do your research and consider other companies instead of a bunch of people that will lie to you to get what they want"

"Had a gas heater installed recently, which is great........but the old heater is still sitting on the front porch after 3 weeks. They were supposed to collect it within days. I've called them about it and was told it would be collected, but I'm still waiting. Not too happy."

"Phoenix Plumbing Bendigo. Not recommended. I bought a new gas heater and this firm was recommended to do the installation but the gas plumber they sent out was most unhelpful. We had to contact the heaters manufacturer ourselves to find out about getting a flue extention which we did and the information was faxed by the manufacturer to Phoenix last week. I contacted them last Thursday to ensure they had received the fax and was assured they had. I again contacted them this morning (Monday 9:15am) to find out when the part would be here and the heater installed and was told they would have to ring me back later. I hadn't heard anything by 3:30 in the afternoon so I called them back and they still had not spoken to the plumber. I was upset by this as they couldn't even tell me when I would get an answer as with the cold weather my grandchildren are cold as their old heater has broken down and this was known by the plumber. Apparently the girl who answered the phone to me called the plumber after I had hung up and was told that the job was cancelled. However no one had even bothered to inform me of this and they had destroyed the fax with the part numbers etc necessary for installation. DO NOT USE UNRELIABLE"
