"I employed RARR "Home Specialists" early last year. My Father 89, is going blind and has dementia and I am caring for him. They gave me quote to replace brick courtyard (trip hazard), remove old garden, replant saved plant saved saved and seed lawn with new top soil. None of that happened! They've cost us more money than I care to remember to fix his mistakes. Steve Tyzzer then increased the price without discussing it with me. He failed to deliver the design I paid for. Did not replant, no top soil or seeding. Then did a runner with an extra $3000 of my father's money. Steve Tyzzer is a bully, he likes to blame others for his mistakes, mostly me and his apprentice son (who he sacked after 3 weeks) I cannot stress enough.... STAY AWAY FROM TYZZER AND RARR"
