"Ordered two iced coffees today afternoon. They gave us one cold and one hot. When told about the mistake, the girl made a face as if it was our mistake. She made an iced caramel Latte without any whipped cream on top and made it as bad as she could. This is not the first time we are having coffee from Coffee club so we know how it is made.
