"After finishing work I traveled 15 mins to go pick up 1 thing and because of Covid they close at 5pm now not 5.30 and at 5mins past they had all the tills cashed up and didn't care that I had to travel 15mins to get there and was paying card Tere are no signs on the shop doors as to the trading hours as I went there yesterday and had to check Google to see the trading times. Guess I will have to try a different day when I'm not working 7am to 4.30pm."
"Extremely rude service. After ringing to check if order was ready to pick up. Was just told they are too busy and my order (that was to be picked up on Monday) was still not ready on the following Thursday, and they could give no indication at all on when it would be done. I would not recommend using Education Plus at all. I will be going elsewhere in future."
"Text books ordered were in poor condition for new books. Dog eared covers, one cover with a small tear, another book with a page folded over inside. No wonder the way staff handled the books in front of me. Books were roughly slapped onto counter, then repacked into a box that was not quite wide enough. Never buying here again."
