Today it appears that there is no such thing as customer service, just sell anything you can and don't worry if it's wrong."

If this is not your local store, I would recommend you to find your local one as if you need to return any items, it'll be much more complicated if you return/exchange/refund it at the different store."
"We bought a rug at Mitre 10 Mega Henderson, Friday, 26 May. The Sales Assistant, Brenda was very helpful with excellent service (in spite of this section not being her normal section). She assisted us in choosing from different rugs on display until we found one that was suitable. She then checked the stock availability from the computer and pulled out the right roll from the stocks in the high cupboard in a mobile ladder. Highly pleased with her service. Customer service at its best. 5 stars! Happy customers!"
