As the proud owner and jeweler, I bring with me 34 years of experience working for some of the most respected and awarded jewelers in New Zealand. Custom design and jewelry manufacturing are not just my craft, but also my passion. During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to directly discuss your vision with me, Wayne Jeffers, the owner and jeweler. This intimate process guarantees that your vision is translated without any offhanded interpretation. We take pride in not outsourcing any manufacturing or repairs, ensuring that every step of the process is handled with utmost care and attention to detail.

We love discussing ideas and vicariously relishing in the occasion and purpose behind custom-made jewelry. We will collaborate on styles you like and even incorporate stones and gold from beloved items you no longer wear or wish to repurpose.

During the consultation, we can showcase a selection of gemstones and metals on hand in our workshop, allowing you to visualize your perfect piece and inspect the color, size, quality, and shape. This consultation holds absolutely no obligation, as we listen with virtue and aim to bring your vision to life.

Our expert team will guide you through the process of diamond selection, considering factors such as cut, color, and clarity. With competitive prices from our loyal suppliers, we will help you achieve the best sparkle for your budget.

Once gemstones have been selected and the consultation is complete, I will take pencil to paper and design several concepts for your perusal. These design concepts will take a couple of days and are created with no obligation. We will discuss the complexity of the designs and develop them as needed.

Once your piece has been designed with each and every detail refined to perfection, I will handmake your jewelry onsite. Our workshop is located within our retail store, allowing you to witness where the magic happens. All our pieces are handmade using traditional artisan methods, with no CAD design or computer printing involved in our craft.

From choosing the design to the finished product, the process can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and the season. Rest assured, with over 30 years of experience, I, Wayne Jeffers, a multi-award winning jeweler, will make your jewelry to the highest standard. Each item is handmade personally by me and not rushed out or passed on to an outsourced jeweler. While this attention to detail may take a little longer, we always strive to work around your timeframe.
