I was told it was because it was returned in a satchel but they also sent it to me in a satchel. I am now asked to pay to have it returned to me. My experience with this store has been terrible from the start. Poor customer service and I'm not even surprised that I had my return rejected. I've dealt with many consignment stores and this one is by far the worst. Avoid dealing with them."
