"Beautiful area to talk your dog for a walk, the conservation volunteers NZ nursery is here too and lots of native planting is being done. This area will only get better over time."
"If you have a dog this will be heaven for them. Natural walk with good tracks not fenced off though so only for dogs with good recall. Water fountain at the start for humans and at the bottom bowl for the dogs"
"Great walk options. We took the yellow loop walk which was a lovely morning exercise. Just wish that dog owners would follow the dog on leads only rules, through the bush walks, for the safety of their dogs and everyone else using the tracks."
"Excellent dog park. Got some interesting short walks but also longer walks that link to the Southern Walkway. Can get muddy on the upper loop track so bring appropriate footwear. Always manage to bump into some very friendly local dog owners."
"Awesome exercise area for Dogs. They can run free in the bushes playing in paddles of water, dirt, playing with other dogs. Cool place for them. Absolutely recommended. Make sure your dog is friendly enough to be able to run free."
