"I am gobsmacked at the archaic ordering system this business has. A pile of pieces of paper that look like phone messages. If they can't find a piece of paper with your name on it they can't seem to be able to confirm you paid when you ordered. Plus there seems to be no system of identification of items that have been manufactured and awaiting pick up. No communication as to progress because the piece of paper can't be found. Unable to look on a computer system under our name to check the item and that it has been paid for. Just the comment when asked if we had paid in advance "I'll take your word for it". You have got to be kidding. The entire system from start to finish needs to be reviewed and over hauled. The end product was what we had imagined so very happy with that however get into the 21st century with your systems, They are appalling. An update. When we went to hang the mirror we found it was distorted on the left hand side. We took it back and as before a little piece of paper was filled out that looked like it came from a phone message pad. I provided my number and asked to be called when it was ready. No phone call so I went in and lo and behold there was the mirror. I asked why I was not called and the excuse was it was probably not finished till the end of the previous week. I am not impressed, customer service was nil, worst experience I have ever had. We did not even get a Tax Invoice for the purchase. How these guys do business in any effective way is not apparent. We will never ever use them again"
