If you are in urgent need of benefits under a Combined Insurance policy due to a claimable event, we will expedite the assessment of your claim and may even provide an advance payment to assist you.

If you find yourself unable to pay money owed to us due to financial hardship, we have options available to help alleviate the burden. These include deducting an excess from a claim amount, putting the recovery of monies on hold, releasing your debt (where appropriate), or agreeing on a reduced lump sum payment.

Please note that our financial hardship assistance does not extend to the payment of premiums under a Combined Insurance policy. However, we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our insurance products, claims, or services.
