I had originally planned to do this directly myself but now I am so glad I booked with Patrick, following a recommendation from a family member. Not only did he take all the worry out of the experience during the Covid pandemic but he also saved me an enormous amount of work and stress after I had a serious car accident in the UK. I needed to rebook my flight home at a busy time of year and he took care of everything, giving me good options and arranging transit care, which I needed due to my injuries and trauma. He went the extra mile, working during time off, to organise everything for my smooth return home at a time of great distress for me.
