About the Business
Welcome to "MY VISA" Student & Immigration Advisers New Zealand, located at 220 Queen Street in Auckland. Our institution offers a range of services including establishment, finance, general contracting, legal advice, and travel agency assistance.
If you are looking to obtain permanent residence in New Zealand, we are here to guide you through the process. We understand the importance of demonstrating your commitment to living in this beautiful country. It is crucial to note that staying in New Zealand after your visa expires would make you unlawful, so it is essential to follow the correct procedures.
For those with partners or dependent children, we can assist them in applying for a visa online based on the immigration status of another family member, known as the supporting person. The supporting person must be either a New Zealand citizen, a New Zealand visa holder (resident, work, or student), or meet other specific requirements.
We want to inform you of recent changes in the visa regulations. Employer-assisted post-study work visas at all levels have been removed. However, students studying Level 4 – 6 and non-degree Level 7 qualifications can now obtain a one-year post-study open work visa, with an additional year for Graduate Diploma holders.
At "MY VISA," we also recognize the influence of film on travel choices. That's why we collaborate with Tourism New Zealand, the New Zealand Film Commission, and Film New Zealand to capitalize on opportunities generated by films made here. We aim to promote New Zealand as an exceptional travel destination through the power of cinema.
Our team consists of highly experienced immigration advisers who specialize in various visa categories, including Student Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Visa, and Residence Visa. Our General Manager/Immigration Adviser has successfully managed this business for many years, providing expert guidance since 2009.
We also have a dedicated School Admission/Student Adviser who helps students make the best choice for their education, ensuring they find the right school or course. Our Vietnamese Marketing Manager has assisted hundreds of clients each year within the Vietnamese community, offering personalized support. Additionally, our Provisional Licensed Immigration Adviser assists our advisers in handling clients and preparing necessary paperwork.

Reviews
"Very very good"
"The worst mistake of my life to hire Bill Hu or Bin Hu whatever his name is as my immigration advisor. He is not at all efficient enough to answer any queries of INZ, rather he doesn't know how to write an email. MY VISA team take thousands of dollars from you but act as a courier guys who posts your documents to immigration. They don't deserve even a half star rating. Not recommended at all."
