After making the effort after a pre contact phone call, to drive into the City, through ASB Marathon traffic, park nearby in Downtown town car park, then walk to Lululemon, while the assistant met me on arrival, could only say she had to go on a break. Seemingly totally uninterested other than her own self importance, we customers were left perplexed and then in a queue to wait for another customer experience Executive. Philosophy remains who is more important? The customer, the customer service staff or adherence to work to rule. Unlikley to want to use Lululemon Queen St again."
