At Columbus Coffee, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. In our efforts to be more sustainable, we have made significant changes. We have switched all our coffee cups and lids to compostable alternatives. Additionally, in 2018, we made the decision to stop using oil-based plastic carry bags in our stores and transitioned to biodegradable carry bags.

We are proud to be part of the NZ Packaging Forum, where we actively contribute to driving the development of more composting and recycling waste collection and processing facilities across New Zealand. However, we acknowledge that there is still a shortage of such facilities, and we are dedicated to finding solutions and making a positive difference.
