"I have had multiple items of jewellery fixed here. (3 x chain necklaces (gold) 2 x diamond rings) I would’ve spent about $800 getting these fixed. It was a very weird experience. They took over 3.5 weeks to give my rings back. They told me they were fake, these rings were valued and brought from Micheal Hill. They do not fix your jewellery on site, they send it somewhere, I wish I knew this before giving my things over. They also said they were forgotten at their workshop that’s why it took soo long (poor service) Any jeweller should be able to tell a fake at first glance. I will never use this place again. They also did not have a diamond tester on site… I did not buy jewellery from here but I would not use their repair services…."
