"If I could give minus stars I would, very misleading advertisement, pictures look great , not to be believed!! Advertised a bath, no plug anywhere! Advertised bbq, but they didn’t mention the disgusting state it was in and that there’s no gas bottle, air conditioner would not work, tv would not turn on at all! Leg fell off the couch as u sit on it, oh and don’t sit on the bbq table outside, I did with my newborn baby in my hands and the seat collapsed, luckily my baby was not hurt! Stray cats running round also trying to get inside. The list is endless! I recommend nobody to stay here until the owner at least pulls the dead weeds out and makes it safe for people to stay!! Avoid this place especially for the price! Only good thing was the pool kept the kids entertained all day Owner-clean it up! The cleaners did a good job but they don’t have much to work with obviously"

"This was obviously once a lovely home that has been very sadly neglected. Beds were hard as rocks. Can sleep up to 11 people but only 4 glasses provided. No tea towels. Kitchen sink leaks into cupboard underneath. No locks on the bathroom doors. While the house was generally clean, the shower walls grimey. BBQ was absolutely filthy. Rubbish all around the section, including numerous mattresses rotting under the hedges up the driveway. While we were staying, the cleaner arrived and took away the gas bottle for the BBQ after asking whether we were going to cook on it. Found out later that it went to people renting the cottage on the property who had not had any hot water for 3 days because their gas had run out - totally unacceptable! These people were international visitors who had booked the cottage for 10 days. I don’t imagine their review will be pleasant. While the house served its purpose for our group i.e. somewhere to shower and sleep for one night, it really is just a party house. The photos must have been taken some time ago as the property is lot more run down now."

"Looks like the cleaners haven't been in months. Absolutely disgusting when you are asked to pay more in advance for cleaners to come and when you arrive the lawns are well over grown, the floor is filthy with broken glass everywhere. We definitely judged this place on its photos what a bad mistake that was."

"There was glass everywhere. 50% of our guests ended up with glass in their feet. When one of the little ones jumped in the pool she got a big cut on her foot. Poorly maintained house. Only upside were the views."
