"My elderly parents got tickets to Europe from them. Long story short the e tickets could not be found in system. At Auckland airport it got sorted, however when they arrived in Hong Kong they went through hell. Running around for 6 hours trying to sorted out. Lucky they ran into some friendly stuff that helped them out, otherwise they would of been stuck there and would of had to pay for tickets again. Then because of short wait and plane running late to Istanbul they almost missed their next flight. My father stressed so much he fainted which made my mums blood pressure through the roof. All this because of their incompetent stuff at flight centre. How do you make this sort of error? Anyway will be paying them a visit and ask them also require a refund for the nightmare they put my parents through."
