"Overall it was a pleasant experience to work with Nilesh. He is very responsive, very reachable via email and phone calls and he’s also very quick with what he does. Definitely a very experienced lawyer. But be careful when you question his work, he will call you out in a very rude manner. He helped me with my home purchase process and everything went smoothly until the end. It was after settlement that I found out that my property address was spelt incorrectly by him (or maybe his staff?) on some of the documents. I then raised a lot of questions on other matters since I wanted to be super comfortable that this would not impact anything in the future which I think is fairly reasonable. He then ranted before proceeding to explain that these are all just internal documents. But wouldn’t anyone start questioning other things when a professional person makes a small error that could’ve been easily avoided? But another way to think of this is that maybe the way he responded shows that he takes pride in his work? That was the only disappointment I had. I used to work in a professional services firm for several years and this is definitely not how we interact with our clients. But on the bright side, it’s good that this only happened after settlement."
