About the Business
Welcome to MoaTours New Zealand, located on Great South Road in Auckland. We are an establishment that serves as a travel agency and point of interest for mature travelers looking to explore the beautiful countryside of New Zealand.
Our MoaTours holidays are specifically designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the local culture, enjoy special annual events, and connect with the locals over relaxed lunches in their homes. What sets us apart from other small group tours is our all-inclusive costs. From the moment you step on board our coach, which accommodates a maximum of 18 travelers, our knowledgeable and helpful Kiwi guide takes care of everything. This includes all meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, and activities, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience. Additionally, all South Island tours include return Auckland/Auckland airfares, and flights can be arranged for travelers joining from other regions.
Our leisurely paced itineraries range from five to seven days in length and cover the country from Cape Reinga in the North to Stewart Island in the South. Each tour focuses on one or two regions, allowing you ample time to enjoy their special attractions and discover off-the-beaten-track places. At the end of each day, you can unwind in quality, en suite accommodation that truly captures the essence of the location.
As a family-owned business, we have been organizing unforgettable small group tours of New Zealand since 1971. Our mission is to provide you with the best traveling experience in our beautiful country. We take immense pride in what we do, and it's our passion to create memories that last a lifetime.
If this sounds appealing to you, we invite you to explore our tours on our website or request a free brochure. Join us on a MoaTours adventure and let us show you the true beauty and warmth of New Zealand.
To give you a taste of what we offer, here are two of our popular tours: Te Urewera, Waikaremoana & Mahia, a 7-day small group tour to Te Urewera, Mahia, and Gisborne, and The Bridge to Nowhere & Forgotten Worlds, a 7-day small group North Island tour.
