Had to leave items returned behind for a day, next day went back with my 3rd item(as it was buy 2 get 1 free) I had to explain the story to other Store manager IRENE who was loud and on my face talking about unable to refund today as their shop limit is over for the day..blah..blah..blah..bla She was frowning and frustrated in her talk. She even made me feel terrible on leaving the shop with no refund made available as I had to go back the next day to sort it all out.
