"Very rude customer service KIRSTY. The checkout operator Kirsty you should atleast greet your customers and be nice. You are very judgemental, Don't forget we customers pay your salary. We don't go in your store to spend money to tolerate your bad attitude. You need some peoples skill, dont judge different nationality. Most of customers are financially better off. Floor staff were amazing."
"Brought some Justine cookies and found they were bad. Contacted Justine’s who advised that it was a recall product and shouldn’t be on the shelf. I then went to chemist warehouse and told them and they didn’t believe me. Even after I showed them emails between myself and Justine’s. I didn’t have to go back but wanted to be helpful so no other customers had to buy a product that was recalled. The staff member even said “we will the product on the shelf and keep selling them until Justine’s tells us” I will stick to buying my products else where as at least I know it won’t be a recall product."
"My dog needed some medication urgently. The vet had called 4 chemists already. The vet called Chemist Warehouse Henderson. This was on a friday afternoon...They only had 1 of the urgent prescriptions we needed however Chemist Warehouse Henderson offered before we even said we would come to get the other which they had to order it in for us and would be there the next day... True to their word it arrived there just after mid day and gave me a call. Thank you Warehouse Chemist Henderson. They were the only Chemist that offered out of 5. So 5 stars for you guys. Much appreciated"
"The store is adequate. The pharmacist is helpful. Most of the cashiers need to be taught how to deal with customers. They are so rude you would think they are paying for your items....."
"Always get our free medications from here which is super convenient, just sometimes it's abit of a wait because of the busyness. For purchasing baby products is great they're normally all instock but not for perfume gift packs."
