"It took 3 days to go from application to bringing a new member of the family home. They were really friendly and helpful. They are quite strict on having adequate fencing and often requiring someoneone with a lot of time. Having a dog/puppy is no easy task, I can see why a lot of people can't handle it and return their animals. I've felt overwhelmed at times, but I'm learning how to deal with her and have a lot of patience - in return she's learning before my eyes."
