"Been using this vet for years for cat groom. Needed cat groom. Was told by a unhelpful staff member do I come regularly. Said just for grooms. Then told I would need to bring in for a consultation b4 cat groom. I would use this vet but woman vet did not like treating my German Shepherd. And insisted to be muzzle. She had never shown aggression and could tell vet didn't like treating a large breed. From there never took dog back. I'm not going to be backed into corner. Only cat groomer in area. Isn't it for the service of animals not red tape."
"They're always helpful and especially caring about my furbabies. When I had to put my 19yo cat to sleep, they had heated the room and placed soft blankets on the cold, sterile table. The vet explained what will happen and gave me time to grieve. Thank you."
"amazing vet clinic - truly the best around. I could not recommend them enough. They go above and beyond for your pets needs"
"Thank you Eve for looking after Tucker so well. Thank you for the detailed explanation. Tucker is very nervous with vet visits, thank you for taking your time with him. We cannot be happier having Eve as Tucker’s go to vet now."
"Took my dog in there for a biopsy and we saw Eve. My dog is a large breed that has been given a bad name. That didn't phase her. Usually I'm asked to muzzle him where ever I go. No need to here. He is the most gentle dog I have come across. I really appreciate Waterloo vets. Highly recommend."
