During these challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that we are committed to continuing our services while prioritizing the safety of our clients and staff. If you are currently isolating with Covid-19, we have implemented special protocols to ensure you can still receive the care your pet requires. Simply inform us prior to your appointment, and upon arrival, please call reception or knock loudly and wait at the bottom of the stairs, maintaining a safe distance of at least 2 meters.

As with any healthcare facility, there may be occasional delays due to staff absences or high demand for certain services. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these times. Rest assured, we are doing our best to accommodate everyone and provide the quality care your pets deserve.

Our clinic operates on the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays to allow our staff to recharge and spend time with their own furry companions. However, even when our doors are closed, we have a dedicated team available for emergencies.
