These courses aim to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to navigate life's challenges effectively.

As a clinical psychologist, Giselle Bahr brings her own unique perspective to her practice. Having grown up in Dunedin and resided in Wellington for 30 years, she has a deep understanding of the local community. Giselle has been practicing as a clinical psychologist since 1999, after completing her studies at Otago University and Victoria University of Wellington. Her passion for psychology and desire to help others led her to work primarily in child and adolescent mental health services and private practice. Giselle has also supervised psychologists and taught in Victoria University's clinical psychology program. As a parent herself, she brings a wealth of personal experiences to her practice.
