"I was picked up from NP Airport to Hotel. But the driver tried to trick me into prolonging my trip and increase my fare. 1st he uses the long cut. I shrugged it as I thought he just missed the corner. Then when we almost at hotel he then tried again to trick me. He can clearly see the hotel in front of him but still decided to circle around streets. I stopped him and told him I live in that Town for 4 years. Then he suddenly reverse back and brought me to my hotel. What a dishonest driver!"
"Dont ever use the company absolute disgrace First off maybe you guys shouldn't be picking people up from town at this time if you dont have the patience to deal with intoxicated people. 2nd the driver was rude from the start, we told the driver 3 times our final destination....I was the one who realized I had lost my card but the other 2 people in the taxi both replied it's ok we have ours...we asked him to stop at mac Donald's on the way and yes we did get loud trying to give our orders .....as for abusing the driver this is an absolute lie and he actually got shity and abrupt with us. I..I also contacted this company privately and am still waiting for a private message back but due to there unprofessional process I am still waiting.....so I stand by my statement, this is a dishonest and unprofessional company and I will be using other company's in the future"
