"Staff were friendly and helpful. Groom was OK (I asked them to avoid getting water in her ears but it seems they chose to not wash her head at all). But the girl literally dragged my small scared dog across the floor into the room by her neck collar. Lacked the 'I care about your dog as much as you do' feel, that's for sure. Too much noise there for my pooch."
