"Perfunctory bordering on rude (male vet). This sentence on their website is rather curious: "We pride ourselves on providing the best veterinary care and services for your pets." Really? I wouldn't if I was you. Maybe the vet was having a bad day. Maybe he doesn't like his job. Either way, take your unsatisfactory attitude somewhere else. I was looking for a new vet clinic for my cat but needless to say Herne Bay Vet Clinic won't be it. Two stars for the woman on reception - at least she was pleasant. In hindsight, after talking to a friend about the effort her vet goes to, I've changed it to 1 star."
