"It used to be said that Maccas was the place to stop when travelling as you could always be assured of at least a clean toilet to use. NOT AT KANGAROO FLAT. The entire building is a disgrace and the owner should be ashamed to call this his/her business. Food safety is obviously ignored and food quality is simply a mystery. The over the counter ordering system broken down forcing 3 of us to use their confusing digital ordering system and even then we weren’t given a number. Luckily we really enjoy cold dry tasteless food, filthy service counters, staff with zero care factor, disgusting slime under the food making machinery and syrup spillages everywhere. Sometimes it’s good to use the drive-through just so you don’t have to see the filth. Never, ever, ever going back. You guys should be ashamed of your franchise. Have some respect and make an effort."

"Ordered through door dash it took an hour and a half to arrive. Then open bags to find half our food missing. Tried to call for an hour only to end up driving down. Once there the shop was dirty the manager was rude. Said he would give us the whole order again and didn't. Never had a good experience at this shop. Disappointing"

"Our last two visits have made us question if we will ever come back. One Saturday 2pm, everything was filthy in the store, bins overfull and benches dirty, food in open containers was sitting unattended on the counter. Got the wrong order in drive thru and had had to come back and go in. Waited more than 10 minutes for replacement. This morning, nobody was stationed on front counter. Waited about ten minutes in a quiet store for a bacon and egg muffin and hash brown. It has gone downhill since I worked there years ago. We had someone (usually me) cleaning the store and emptying bins. There was _never_ no one on front counter. Staff seemed defensive on both occasions while advising of issue or asking, "excuse me, I think my food has been forgotten?" It used to always be service with a smile... It is like no-one was managing both times. Quality of service is important to us, especially as prior staff (approx. 2005). I hope you will take my feedback on board and ensure adequate staff. "Oh gosh, normally really good but every now and then we get stuck in drive through for 15 to 20 minutes which is terrible as it makes us late for work etc. We have no choice but to wait as there's no emergency exit lane. Respectfully, can you please keep an eye on wait times."

"Probably the worst maccas I've ever been to. The place has rubbish all over the place behind the counter. My meal sat amongst the rubbish for a long time before I was remembered. When I complained the manager didn't really care and avoided any confrontation. The floor is filthy. One girl spilled ice everywhere on the floor and just shrugged and walked away. The next girl picked it up with her hands and then proceeded to handle food. No one seemed to care at all about anything. Absolutely gross. I hope I don't get food poisoning."
