With extensive experience in private practice, as well as community and public health settings, including organizations such as ADHB, WDHB, The Mensana Clinic, and Youthline, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I utilize a range of modern and proven therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual and their specific needs. These approaches include Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

For your convenience, office appointments are available from 11am to 3pm Monday to Thursday. If you prefer video appointments, they are offered from 4pm to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 11am to 6pm on Fridays.
