As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I integrate multiple theories into my approach to therapy. While each client's journey is unique, I have a particular interest in the mind-body connection. When appropriate, I encourage clients to pay attention to their bodily sensations, as this somatic approach can be particularly effective when working with trauma. Our bodies often hold onto traumatic memories, and by acknowledging and exploring these sensations, healing can occur.

With years of experience, I have worked with clients dealing with relationship issues, debilitating anxiety and depression, as well as long-term illness and its consequences. I have also supported young adults facing challenges related to life changes, loss, grief, and trauma. Whatever you may be going through, I am here to provide the support you need.
