This may include Transactional Analysis, Trauma therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

With nearly 30 years of experience in private practice, we have worked with a wide range of psychological issues. Additionally, we have spent a decade in a Tertiary setting, supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds in managing mental health issues and achieving their study goals.

In addition to individual therapy, we also provide supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, students, and ACC Registered Sensitive Claims Providers. Our approach focuses on building a supportive and safe supervisory relationship so that together, we can explore difficult issues and develop your professional competence. Through examining blind spots and the transference and countertransference dynamics, we can uncover valuable insights into any blocks you may have when working with clients.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the NZ Association of Psychotherapists (MNZAP), Suzanne Henderson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate your schedule, so please don't hesitate to reach out. Our fees for individuals are $140 GST per hour session, while couples can expect to pay $150 GST per hour session. Payments can be made through online banking or in cash.

Once you have made an appointment, we will send you a confirmation via email upon approval. We kindly ask that you provide your verification details, as they will be used for the claim procedure.
