"I have been on hold for over 3 hours today. There is no option to leave a message or receive a callback. There are only 3 options for the extension. My query is in relation to a $400 order and only receiving 3 of the 12 items, however the order states it is fulfilled over 2 weeks ago now. No reply from the "Contact Us" email sent. Will take this up with the appropriate authorities."
"We bought a perfume and we thought that the smell lasted not as long as the one we tested on the isles, and we needed to sniff so hard to feel it, so we called them and asked if we can return it, ( we knew that the perfume is not refundable, but we just bought it like half hour ago, and believed it is the quality problem, that is why we called them and ask first) the staff on phone asked we bring it back, they can exchange or refund to us, so we did. However, when we arrived, they insisted they can do nothing, after some argument then we can only go back. We didn’t even get at less an apology. We are really disappointed the way they serve the customers, made us look like some fool. They told us one thing and do another."
