Imagine the lack of care in a crisis when they can’t even respond to everyday enquiries. The CEO and leadership team should be appalled at the ‘risk’ this poses to their business. People will walk. My dad has been trying to contact them for 2-weeks and no one even cared enough to call back. They have not answered phone calls and neither do they respond to our emails.
