"Badly run place. Common areas are very dirty and not maintained, elevators frequently break down which is very inconvenient and very tiny apartments. The building manager (Jonathan is quite useless)."
"Lived in an apartment here for a year. Would not recommend living here if you have the means to afford a nicer place. Pros: handy to literally everything in town cheapish for the location Cons: common areas are not kept up to a good standard of cleanliness Laundry facilities that I was told would be available on our floor was completely busted - had to use the machines on the ground floor for 4x price Water pressure/heat - terrible. Had to consistently boil the jug to wash dishes"
