"I previously gave 4 stars, but recent experiences with prescriptions and changing my details have led me to be disappointed with the service. The same female staff member has let me down twice, I haven't taken note of her name unfortunately. The first occasion was when I had an early doctor's appointment and went to uplift my prescription and was told 'Sorry we're having a meeting can you come back later'. Why open if you aren't going to be available to customers? The second instance was when I came in and wanted to uplift my prescription AND change my details (as I've moved out of home and now have completely different contact and address details, which means I didn't receive any notification to say the prescription was ready. I was told "That's not important" and was handed my prescription. She even read out my old address and I said it was wrong, and she still blew me off. As someone who works in a retail environment myself, I know that it is an obligation of a company to let customers access and change their details if needed, hence why I'm so shocked I was denied my right to change my personal information that I've shared with the pharmacy. I went back a couple of days later and another lady served me and was incredibly helpful and kind, whilst also being apologetic for her coworker's behaviour. Will avoid the nasty lady every time I come in from now on, seems to be a morning staff issue so will only come in afternoons."

"As requested I rang cosmetics to secure the Estee Lauder gift with purchase and the assistant asked me if I knew what I wanted - yes - and then proceeded to collect the items together with a few other cosmetics I needed, worked out the cost and did a debit card transaction and then said she would deliver it on her way home. Amazing service, lovely and caring assistant, couldn’t be happier with the service."
