"Unfortunately i decided to go the day they were doing stocktaking , so first got rudely told i cant go inside by one person , than another person said i can , asked him which one is it , got yelled at by the second person , and than the first person saw me coming inside the shop and said no you cant , i told him i was told i can , and than he figures out im a customer and said " Oh i thought you were a delivery driver " what a shambles this place is , i will continue my business at plumbing world thanks ."

"No stars, despite Google requiring me to choose one. Endless delays, a total lack of communication with us repeatedly having to chase things up with them, and when we did, staff were unwilling to engage with or take responsibility for any issues. They sent the wrong bath to the job, got orders wrong, damaged something which then required a replacement, and did not offer any discount or compensation as a result of this. Mico's repeated incompetence and disorganisation cost us money in cancelled and rescheduled tradies, cost us time in a project which took several weeks longer than scheduled, and hopefully will now cost them some reputation. 0/10 would never use again."
"This place had it all, quality gear, reasonable pricing, best service. Plumbing world and Zips weren't interested in my business and seemed to lack experience in the field. Mico's is a cut above the rest. The showroom is packed with ideas with friendly assistants and the trade area has many spares bits and bobs and the knowledge and service to suit. You 've been to the rest you eventually find the best. Look no further. A+"
