"Staff member was helpful during my first drop-in. Was very keen to book and booked apt(they even wrote it down) . Went with travel companion ,we intended to buy. Waited one hour 5pm-6, I get they have to finish with customer they had (this was on late night ) so waited. BUT after an hour staff member was leaving, forgotten our appointment. Another staff member offered to take over, we declined, and then the agent offered to stay Friend didn't want to do this. Convinced friend (she reluctant to go with Flight Centre) went back in the weekend, but they were flat out and made booking for Monday. Price jumped 2000 due to special being over didn't book and went with another travel agency as plans brought forward."
