I had a female nurse present, he was a great communicator and the procedure was done so much quicker and better than I could have expected. "I had an appointment at 10 50 am this morning. I arrived at 10 30. Couldn't find a park so I was late by 14 minutes then to be told because I'm late have to rebook appt as there's no nurse to see me. .. But desk lady you said the nurse was with another patient .and the waiting room was empty. Just me being late. Sitting there. Traffic held me up as well. So I drove all that way for nothing an I have a son to pick up at 2pm try and make me wait till 1 40 pm to see a nurse. Bad Experience now iv made another appt March . Stale Service. Slack."
