"Meter already at $7 before i jumped in the cab. Booking process was a nightmare, call operator couldn't give me even an approximate time of arrival, i was told 'could be 10 mins, 15mins 30 mins, i don't know' Driver rocked up after 20 minute wait with the meter running, already at $7. Deliberately went the longest way possible and was incredibly rude. Dropped me at the corner of the street where i wanted to go, shoved the eftpos machine at me and took off to rip off his next passenger I will never use this service again"
