Candice's approach is rooted in non-pathologising principles, emphasizing self-acceptance, compassion, and personal growth. While her training primarily focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy, she now embraces an eclectic approach, drawing from various theories and techniques tailored to each individual she works with.

At Nourish Psychological Services, we believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Candice recognizes the importance of nutrition, physical health, exercise, and sleep in supporting individuals with mental health difficulties. As a qualified meditation teacher, she also incorporates meditation into her work with clients, if they are open to it.

Candice's passion lies in understanding and supporting neurodiverse clients through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy. She also has significant experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and symptoms of psychosis.
