"The Asian lady cut my hair way too short. I asked for a trim and gave a specific length to cut off, my hair went from just above elbows to just below shoulders. She also gave me layers that I didn't ask for. I can't even put my hair up properly anymore and my hair takes a long time to grow. Never coming back. "I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. I have quite fine hair on my brows and the lady mentioned a couple of times how fine the hair is and how difficult to work with. She made them really thin and with very little shape as well as very far apart, and by the time she showed me in the mirror it was obviously too late. I am sad because I have had my eyebrows threaded in other places with no problems and no comments about how fine the hair is. I felt like maybe she was in a rush as I didn’t feel like she took much care. Luckily I can cover most of it with makeup."
