"As far as the warehouse goes it’s fine. However considering it’s somewhat a pretty new store it’s lacking a lot (products, layout, staff) compared to the Albany store. I find myself going to Albany over silverdale."
"Good prices, good range, as per any Warehouse store. However incredibly understaffed for both click and collect and cash transactions. That's especially in the morning if you want to pick up a click and collect before going to work, allow plenty of time as their click and collect area won't be open and you'll have to find a staff member in the store (which is difficult at the best of times)."
"Good store layout and has everything you need. Very tidy store compare to other sites. Usually have stocks of all items. They have since shared the same shoe floor with the Stationery. Not all staff are friendly hence not getting 5 star reviews."
