Waited 40 minutes with a tired toddler and newborn only to be told we'd need to come back that evening. The large job was not going to be finished until then. Why tell us 40 minutes if it was going to be longer? We live in South Auckland so not practical to go back. Then took ages to refund our money. Long queues too."
