"I had to have both of my rear back lights replaced due to corresion over time. This company replaced the rear lights while leaving massive gaps where the lights should have been flush with the panel. This has cause excessive leaking in the boot. I returned the vehicle only to be told they had thoroughly checked and that the lights installed were not causing the leaks. Having consulted with a Professional Panel Beating Company, they were able to prove within 30 seconds that the leakage was infact coming from the poorly installed rear back lights. I will not be using Porirua 2009 Automotive anymore and feel they are extremely dishonest."

"Got a tyre puncture repaired and the mechanic damaged my trye pressure sensor, dropped the wheel bolt into the drainage. Although the bolt was replaced after a few weeks (I had to revisit for getting the replacement, wastage of time, especially if you don't stay nearby) . I have to approach Motor Vehicles Tribunal for recovering the costs for repair."
