Welcome to Stillwater Hall, a premier establishment and point of interest located at Duck Creek Road, 1a in the beautiful country of New Zealand. Our institution offers a range of services and amenities to cater to various events and gatherings.

To visit Stillwater Hall, simply book a time that suits you. We understand the importance of flexibility, so our volunteer committee members will do their best to accommodate your schedule. Our rates are affordable, with $30 per hour from Monday to Thursday and $40 per hour from Friday to Sunday. For longer-term bookings, we offer a special rate of $1,000 from December to April (Peak season) and $1,800 from May to November (Off-Peak season).

At Stillwater Hall, we prioritize your comfort and convenience. Our spacious venue can accommodate up to 120 people and is equipped with seating for 70 individuals. The main hall measures 15 meters in length and 7.4 meters in width, providing ample space for your event. During the summer months, our ceiling heaters ensure a cozy atmosphere, while large extractor fans eliminate hot air.

In terms of facilities, we have everything you need to make your event a success. Onsite, you'll find a domestic stovetop/oven, inverter microwave, and a domestic fridge/freezer. Our commercial dishwasher efficiently takes care of dirty dishes, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event. For the little ones, we offer a range of play equipment located just meters away from the hall. Children can have supervised fun on swings, an Adventure Fort, Climbing Net, and Slide, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

To make catering easier, we provide a range of catering equipment for hire at a low cost. Additionally, parking is convenient, with 4 off-street and 30 on-street public car parks available near the hall. While these car parks cannot be reserved, previous events have not experienced any parking issues.

For those relying on public transport, Hibiscus Coast Station and Park & Ride serve as the closest bus interchange. However, please note that there are currently no public bus lines servicing Stillwater.

We take pride in supporting the local community and various nonprofit organizations. We offer free or discounted use of Stillwater Hall to Not-for-profit groups and events that benefit the Stillwater/Hibiscus Bays communities. We also provide a safe space for Playgroup and local families, as well as support Plunket in their essential work by offering free use of our facilities for training, meetings, and operational purposes. Scout Troops, the Stillwater Community Association Events Team, and the residents of Weiti Bay also benefit from our support through free use of Stillwater Hall for their gatherings and events.
